$100 per person includes food-paired tasting presentation, buffet and dessert, a drink ticket, a cigar, and a pair of Kenzie-style whiskey glasses. A portion of your ticket may be tax deductible.

Penelope Bourbon was crafted and created in a classic American tradition – to celebrate an impending birth of a child. In 2018, Mike Paladini and his wife, Kerry, found out they were expecting a baby girl, Penelope. To commemorate this occasion, Mike quickly realized he wanted to create a spirit that embodied the daily joy of celebrating life’s pleasures – big and small.
Teaming up with his close childhood friend and neighbor, Danny Polise, they set out to discover and produce a Straight Bourbon Whiskey everyone could appreciate and enjoy. A company was born.
Today, Penelope Bourbon is sold in over 26 states nationwide and 4 countries. Proving that with enough love and care, and hard work, anything is possible.

Jim Van Lanen and Pete Honzik bring two very unique backgrounds to 10 Strings Acoustic. Pete has played acoustic guitar in numerous groups around Manitowoc over the past 40 years and continues to play with the Hardbean and Mc Honzik Band & Heart-o-rama.
Jim brings a classical background having played with the Green Bay and Manitowoc Symphonies and collaborating with local musicians for weddings, parties and reunions regularly through his Music Connections business. 10 Strings Acoustic is available for booking your upcoming event.
Courthouse Pub (CHP) has been serving great food and original beers since 2001. From the cream city bricks to the brass tap handles to the intricate tile in the pub area, everything has been designed to create a unique atmosphere for those who choose to dine with us. Courthouse Pub brews its own beers—it was the first brewpub in Manitowoc!
CHP has also garnered a reputation for serving up a phenomenal wine list sure to please any connoisseur, consistently receiving the Wine Spectator Award since 2001.
Current owners Brock and Ryan offer both new and established culinary experiences as well as a fantastic array of craft-cocktails and vintage wine, to the dining public.
Courthouse Pub is also community-focused. They have been a loyal supporter of The Manitowoc Symphony Orchestra for many years. They have created wonderful, imaginative menus for countless MSO fundraisers and special events. We cannot thank them enough! Please frequent their establishment—we do!

Founded in 1896, the Manitowoc Yacht Club is one of the oldest sailing organizations on Lake Michigan. The Manitowoc Yacht Club joined the Lake Michigan Yachting Association in 1946 and today is the fifth oldest club in that association. The club is currently a member of the US Sailing organization. The Manitowoc Yacht Club offers vast social opportunities, great on the water activities, and we enthusiastically welcome new members.
