A distillery committed to premium spirits crafted from the grains and waters of the Driftless region of Wisconsin.

Spirits with a Sense of Place. Round River’s spirit resides as much in the fallow ground as the cultivated field; in the hardwood forest as in the oak barrel; and in the wild corners of the farm as in the crowded tavern.

Founded in the Field. Round River’s passion is to provide a craft spirit distilled from grains grown by our neighbor just up the road.

There’s no way around it. Time is the finishing factor for achieving a flavorful premium whiskey. For a new distillery it is the hurdle that can not be cleared until our own barreled spirits have had time to mature. Let’s enjoy the wait.

Viroqua, Wisconsin.
