Our holiday tour hosts invite you to their homes...

Please come out for the Holiday Tour of Homes on December 3rd!
  • "As you enter a home, you must remember every home is different and reflects the homeowner’s style, taste and personality. As the decorator/florist, it is my job to add the finishing touches and accents that pull the home’s entire theme together. My degree is in decorating and I have found my passion. Design is ever changing and I enjoy learning about the changes and incorporating them into my work.”
  • "When I was asked to be in the Manitowoc Symphony Holiday Tour of Homes this year, without a doubt in my mind, I agreed to do it. I am a strong supporter of the arts. The lakeshore area is very lucky to have so many talented people living in it. I am proud to showcase my home in order to fundraise so we can keep the arts alive and continue making beautiful music for many more years to come!"
  • "It is a great honor to have our home included in this wonderful event to benefit the MSO.  Music and theater arts are very important to us and we want to insure their future in this great city of Manitowoc, so please join us on December 3rd to enjoy our beautiful home and support the Symphony!"
  • "We have made painstaking efforts to restore our already beautiful home to its resplendent past.

We feel the Nashes would be pleased with our efforts and are sure Music and Art Lovers will enjoy the details of our home."
  • "Welcome to Mill Villa, one of very few examples of Italianate style architecture in existence in northeast Wisconsin today. The home gained approval by the Secretary of the Interior to be included on both the Wisconsin State Register of Historic Places, as well as the National Register of Historic Places. It is with great pride that we now can share this home with you to help sustain the magic of the Manitowoc Symphony Orchestra."
  • “Decorating at Christmas time can be so much fun. You can go glamorous, rustic, traditional , whimsical, just about anything goes during this celebratory time of year. The Olson home gave me the great opportunity to work with nearly all natural elements while supporting the MSO and its quality music programming on the lakeshore. It's a spectacular 1800's period home with an incredible collection of art and antiques. My goal was to honor the home and its owners, both past and present.”
  • "Christmas is a very much loved holiday to our family.  Over the years our home has hosted countless holiday festivities.  When our children were little, annual gingerbread house decorating parties were held yearly.  One of our last events hosted 16 families.  The one thing that has always made that possible, is the open floor plan which is rather unusual for a home built in the mid 1980’s.  We hope you feel welcome in our home during your visit today."
  • “I love to create, to decorate and of course, love Christmas. When I was approached by Matt Schliesman, who happens to live above the store, of course it was a yes. What a wonderful way to promote the store and support the Manitowoc Symphony!”
  • "We warmly welcome you to our home and hope you enjoy all the special touches presented for the holidays."
  • “The tour of homes is a wonderful holiday tradition, one supporting a very important part of our cultural community.  I am pleased to contribute to the Manitowoc Symphony Orchestra by opening my home and showing visitors a taste of downtown Christmastime living.”

  • “I am a strong supporter of the community and as a decorator for the Manitowoc Symphony’s Tour of Homes, this is one way I can assist. I love the challenge in creating and presenting new ideas and working with the homeowner allows me to do this.”
  • "The MSO Tour of Homes is the perfect kickoff to get into the holiday spirit! Manitowoc offers some very unique living spaces in the heart downtown. I am proud to be able to welcome visitors into my downtown living space for a taste of city living."
  • "The MSO has held a long standing commitment to Manitowoc County to provide artistic music to the lakeshore. Be assured of our continued admiration and support.

As a couple who have musical and artistic backgrounds we are happy to open our homes for the MSO Holiday tour we celebrate what the Holidays stand for; making friends out of acquaintances and spreading the word of what a wonderful talent we have in Manitowoc."
